Overview
Switching CRM platforms? You can easily update your connection in PlusThis by adding a new integration and, if needed, removing your old one.
Step 1: Add a New CRM Integration
Click your name dropdown in the upper-right corner of your PlusThis account
Select Manage Account
From the left-hand menu, click Account Integrations
In the center of the page, under Add an Integration, click “Create a new account here”
On the next page:
Select the CRM you’d like to connect
Enter a name for the integration
Choose your payment method
Review the total due today and your new billing date, then complete the setup
Migrating from One CRM to Another (Recommended Option)
If you need to copy or rebuild existing tools, we recommend:
Setting up a second integration instead of replacing your current one
Keeping both CRMs connected during your migration
This allows you to:
Access and replicate your existing tool setups
Ensure a smoother transition without losing configurations
Note: During this time, you’ll be billed for both integrations. Once your migration is complete, you can cancel the old CRM connection.
If You Don’t Need to Migrate Tools
If you’re starting fresh and don’t need anything from your current setup:
Follow the steps above to create your new CRM integration
Once complete, proceed with canceling your old account
Step 2: Cancel an Existing CRM Integration
Confirm you are on the correct integration:
Click your name dropdown and verify the active account
Click your name dropdown again and select Manage Account
From the left-hand menu, select Account Settings
Scroll down to find the Cancel Account button
Click the button and follow the prompts to complete cancellation

PlusThis allows multiple CRM integrations under one login
You can switch between integrations at any time during your transition
Canceling an integration will stop future billing for that specific connection
