Typeform Connection Configuration Options
Connect Typeform and Select Form
Step 1: Select Form
In the provided drop-down, select the form you would like to have PlusThis integrate into your ActiveCampaign app.
Select Email Option
PlusThis is only able to create contacts for forms that request email addresses in them.
Step 2: Select which question requests the email address
The email address must be requested in an "Email" type question. Select the question in the drop-down and then click on "Add Question Configuration."

Upon clicking the "Add Question Configuration" button you will see a pop up with a list of unconfigured questions from your form. Select which question you would like to configure next. Depending on the question type, you may see different configuration options. In the step below, select which question type you are attempting to configure to see configuration options.

PlusThis is only able to configure questions that match the following types.

Multiple Choice
a: Select where you would like the response to be stored
Select fields where you would like to store the form response.
b: Add response configuration
If you'd like to add a tag based on the submitted response, you can do so by adding a response configuration. You can select the response configuration condition (is/isn't) and then select an option and a tag that you want to be applied if the response submitted matches.
Create additional response configurations for each condition you would like to account for.
c: Choose what do to next
Add another question configuration if you have any remaining questions you would like to configure. Select which question type you would like to configure next:
- Multiple Choice
- Phone Number
- Short and Long Text
- Picture Choice
- Yes/No
- Email

Select fields where you would like to store the form response.

If you'd like to add a tag based on the submitted response, you can do so by adding a response configuration. You can select the response configuration condition (contains/doesn't contain) and then select an option and a tag that you want to be applied if the response submitted matches.
Create additional response configurations for each condition you would like to account for.

Add another question configuration if you have any remaining questions you would like to configure. Select which question type you would like to configure next:

You can select the response configuration condition (contains/doesn't contain), then select an option, configure whether or not the response should be case sensitive or not, and a tag that you want to be applied if the response submitted matches.

If you'd like to add a tag based on the submitted response, you can do so by adding a response configuration. You can select the response configuration condition (is/isn't) and then select an option and a tag that you want to be applied if the response submitted matches.
The response that will be stored in your ActiveCampaign app will be the label of the picture. If you didn't create a label, Typeform will set defaults for every picture (eg. Choice 1, Choice 2).

Name and Save Your Tool
Step 1: Tool Name
Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.
Step 2: Save
When you have created a tool name, click on save and your tool configuration will save.
