SurveyMonkey Connection Configuration Options
Connect Survey Monkey and Select Survey
Step 1: Select Survey
In the provided drop-down, select your Survey Monkey Survey that you would like to have PlusThis integrate into your ActiveCampaign app.
Select Email Question
PlusThis is only able to create contacts for surveys that request email addresses in them.
Step 2: Select which question requests Email address
The Email Address must be requested in a "Single Textbox" or "Contact Information" type question. Select the question in the drop-down and then click on "Add Question Configuration"

Upon clicking the "add a question configuration" button you will see a pop up
with a list of un-configured questions from your survey. Select which question
you would like to configure next. Depending on the question type, you may
see different configuration options. In the step below, select which question
type you are attempting to configure to see configuration options.

PlusThis is only able to configure questions that match the following types.
Which type of question are you trying to configure?
- Matrix
Multiple Choice Question Type
a: Select where you would like the response stored
Select fields where you would like to store the survey response.
b: Add response configuration
If you'd like to add a tag based on the submitted response, you can do so by
adding a response configuration. You can select the response configuration
condition (is/isn't) and then select an option and a tag that you want to be
applied if the response submitted matches.
Create additional response configurations for each condition you would like to account for.
c: Choose what to do next
Add another question configuration if you have any remaining questions you
would like to configure. Select which question type you would like to configure
next:
Checkbox Question Type
a: Select where you would like the response stored
Select fields where you would like to store the survey response.
b: Add response configuration
If you'd like to add a tag based on the submitted response, you can do so by
adding a response configuration. You can select the response configuration
condition (is/isn't) and then select an option and a tag that you want to be
applied if the response submitted matches.
Create additional response configurations for each condition you would like to account for.
c: Choose what to do next
Add another question configuration if you have any remaining questions you
would like to configure. Select which question type you would like to configure
next:

a: Select which questions response you would like to store
Select which of the text box questions you would like to store the response for.

Select fields where you would like to store the survey response.

condition (which option the selection matches) and then select an option and a
tag that you want to be applied if the response submitted matches.

Name and Save Your Tool
Step 1: Tool Name
Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.
Step 2: Save
When you have created a tool name, click on save and your tool configuration will save.
Implementation Types
SurveyMonkey Implementation
Store and tag responses from SurveyMonkey Survey submissions.
Step 1: This tool does not require any implementation to run it. It will run automatically when a survey is submitted. The best practice is to trigger an automation to start after survey submission by using a tag applied in the tool configuration.
