INTEGRATIONS NEEDED FOR SEGMENT LIST

In this section, you will find the options for building your Segment List tool. Follow along in your PlusThis app, or by viewing the numbered step in the screenshots.

Step 1:

Select tags to apply to this segment

In the drop-down, select which tag you would like to apply to the contacts that get segmented into this segment.

Step 2: Select tags to apply to this segment

In the drop-down, select which tag you would like to apply to the contacts that get segmented into this segment.

Step 3: Add a Segment

If you would like to split your list into more than 2 segments, click this button to add more segments. Repeat step 1 for each additional segment you add.

Step 4: How would you like to divide your list?

By default, this is toggled to "evenly", however, if you would like to specify percentages per segment in order to split your list into weighted segments, toggle the switch over and enter the desired percentages.

Step 5: Which contacts should we run against?

By default this will be set to "Let Me Pick a Tag". You also have an option of toggling this over to "Entire ActiveCampaign Database if you would like this run against the entire database.

Step 6: Contacts with any of the following tag(s):

Select which tag(s) that you would like this PlusThis tool run against. This option only appears if in step 5 you kept the option "Let Me Pick a Tag".

Step 7: Enable Scheduling?

By default, this option is set to "Off" if you would like to enable the ability to run this tool on a schedule, switch this toggle to "On"

Step 8: Date Options

Select if you would like to run this on a "daily", "weekly" or "monthly" basis.

Step 9: Time Options

Select the time at which you would like this tool to run and the minute interval at which you would like to run this tool. Then select which Time Zone you would like this run in.

Step 10: Tool Name

Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.
