INTEGRATIONS NEEDED FOR SCARCITY TRIGGERS
You are currently viewing this content for Ontraport.
Scarcity Triggers Configuration Options
In this section, you will find the options for building your Scarcity Triggers tool. Follow along in your PlusThis app, or by viewing the numbered step in the screenshots.
Step 1: Let PlusThis manage your scarcity tag
By default, this toggle is set to "No". If you would like PlusThis to manage your scarcity tag, you will want to switch the toggle to "Yes". This will lock several options in the tool configuration but will provide code for use on a webpage to display how many more people can take advantage of your offer.
Step 2: Select Tag to Count
In the drop-down, select the tag that you would like to use to measure your scarcity. (ie. Which tag to count).
If PlusThis is NOT Managing Your Scarcity
Step 1: If the number of contacts with the counted tag is...
Select an operator to use for scarcity management.
Step 2: ...this amount
Select the numerical value that you would like to use for the scarcity management.
Step 3: Then apply this tag
In the drop-down, select the tag you would like applied when the criteria selected is met.
Step 4: Add Tagging Condition (button)
If you would like to add additional tagging conditions, click the button and another set of configurations will appear for set up. Repeat steps 1-3 of this section for each tagging condition you add.
If PlusThis IS Managing your Scarcity
Step 1: ...this amount
Select how many people you would like to apply this tag to. PlusThis will apply the tag selected in the first section for the first X number of people who meet the criteria.
Additional Options
Step 1: Stop evaluating as soon as one of the above conditions is met
By default, this box is not checked. If you would like PlusThis to stop evaluating conditions as soon as one of the setup conditions has been met (from top to bottom), then check this box.
Step 2: Tool Name
Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.
