INTEGRATIONS NEEDED FOR ONE-CLICK UPSELL

In this section, you will find the options for building your One Click-Upsell tool. Follow along in your PlusThis app, or by viewing the numbered step in the screenshots.

Step 1: Add an Upsell Item

For each product/subscription you would like to offer as an upsell, you will want to click the "Add an Upsell Item" button. Then select which type of item you would like to offer:
- Add Product
- Add Subscription
- Modify Subscription

If you chose the "Add Product" option, this will show you how to configure that selection.

Step 2: Select a product to upsell

From the drop-down, select the product you would like to upsell. (the product must be created prior to the creation of this tool)

Step 3: Price per item

If you would like, you can alter the price per item from the pre-configured cost inside of CRM by entering a value in this field to override it to.

Step 4: Quantity

If you would like, you can alter the quantity from the pre-configured quantity inside of CRM by entering a value in this field to override it to.

If you chose the "Add Subscription" option, this will show you how to configure that selection.

Step 2: Select a subscription to upsell

From the drop-down, select the subscription you would like to upsell. (the subscription must be created prior to the creation of this tool)

Step 3: Recurring Price

If you would like, you can alter the recurring price from the pre-configured price inside of CRM by entering a value in this field to override it to.

Step 4: Add trial days

You can add trial days to the subscription if you would like. Enter the number of trial days you would like to add (not to exceed the number of days in the billing cycle) in this field.

Step 5: Bill every

Select the frequency that you would like to bill. In this first field, enter the number.

Step 6: Bill every (cont...)

Select the increment (month, week, etc) that you would like to bill.

If you chose the "Modify Subscription" option, this will show you how to configure that selection.

Step 2: Select a subscription to modify

From the drop-down, select the subscription you would like to modify with the upsell. (the subscription must be created prior to the creation of this tool)

Step 3: Change the original subscription to

Select which subscription you would like to change the original subscription to (the subscription must be created prior to the creation of this tool).

Step 4: Create subscription if it doesn't exist

By default, this box is checked to create a subscription with the options configured in this tool, even if the contact record who clicks the upsell button doesn't have the original subscription. If you do not want this to happen, un-check this box.

Step 5: Recurring Price

If you would like, you can alter the recurring price from the pre-configured price inside of CRM by entering a value in this field to override it to.

Step 6: Additional trial days

You can add trial days to the subscription if you would like. Enter the number of trial days you would like to add (not to exceed the number of days in the billing cycle) in this field.

Step 7: Bill every

Select the frequency that you would like to bill. In this first field, enter the number.

Step 8: Bill every (cont...)

Select the increment (month, week, etc) that you would like to bill.

After configuring your product/subscription options for the upsell, continue with these Additional Options

Step 1: Offer duration in minutes

Enter (in minutes) how long you would like the upsell offer to remain valid. (enter 0 for forever).

Step 2: Add products to existing order

Check this box if you would like to add the product/subscription(s) in this upsell tool to be added to the customer's existing order. If you do not have this box checked, a new order will be created for the product/subscription(s) in this upsell.

Step 3: Redirect URL after successful upsell

Enter a URL where you would like people to be directed to after a successful upsell.

Step 4: Apply tag on successful upsell

In the drop-down, select the tag that you would like applied to the contact after a successful upsell.

Step 5: Redirect URL after a failed upsell

Enter a URL where you would like people to be directed to after a failed upsell.

Step 6: Apply tag on failed upsell

In the drop-down, select the tag that you would like applied to the contact after a failed upsell.

Step 7: Include a button to decline the upsell

If you would like to also include a button to decline the upsell, check this box and configure the URL and tag you would like applied when the upsell is declined.

Step 8: Tool Name

Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.

Offer an upsell on a page on your website following an initial Infusionsoft order.

Step 1: IMPORTANT: This must be embedded on a page following an initial order of more than $0. You must pass contact details onto this page, as well.

Step 2: Select the button size, style, and button text you would like above the embed code.

Step 3: Once the button looks how you would like, copy the embed code.

Step 4: Embed the code on your website where you would like the One Click Upsell button to display.

Step 5: If you enabled the Decline Upsell option in the tool configuration, follow steps 2-4 with the decline code as well.

Step 6: OPTIONAL: If you would like to use this with your own custom button, click the slider at the top right of the My Website block. Add the link below where you embed the PlusThis code.

Offer an upsell on a Thank You page following an initial Infusionsoft order.
