EverWebinar Selection
Step 1: Which Webinar?
In the drop-down, select the webinar you'd like to register contacts for. The webinar must already have been created in EverWebinar, before configuring this tool.
Step 2: Which webinar time?
This is where you will select the start time and date of the webinar you select in the step above.
Store Webinar Details In Your CRM
Step 1: Store the Live Webinar Link
In the drop-down, select the field where you would like to store the unique Webinar Join Link for each registrant if you would like to send your reminders through CRM.
Step 2: Store the Replay Webinar Link
If you choose to store your webinar replay link, select the field you'd like to store the link from this drop-down.
Step 3: Store the Sessions Date/Time
In the drop-down, select the field where you would like to store the Webinar Start Date/Time if you would like.
Humanize Webinar Start Date/Time
This gives you the option to format the date and time in a more humanized format rather than the generic format from your CRM.
Step 1: Store the human formatted date
If you choose to store a human formatted date, you can select the field you would like to store it in from this dropdown.
Step 2: Format the date like this
From this drop-down you will have the option of choosing the format you would like the date to be in.
Step 3: Store the human formatted time
This will give you the option to store a human formatted time, select the field you'd like to store the link from this drop-down.
Step 4: Format the time like this
From this drop-down you will have the option of choosing the format you would like the time to be in.
Step 5: Store result in this timezone
If you would like to select a different timezone than the Webinar Start timezone you can do so from this drop-down.
Store Webinar Details In Your CRM
Step 5: Store the Webinar Name
In the drop-down, select the field where you would like to store the Webinar Title if you would like.
Step 6: Apply this tag after successfully completing registration
If you would like to apply a tag after a successful registration you can select the tag here.
Tool Name
Enter a name for your tool in this field. The name is solely for use inside of PlusThis, and will not be visible to customers.
Implementation Types
Webhook
Run your tool virtually anywhere in your automation using a Webhook element.
Step 1:
Copy the Webhook URL from PlusThis.
Step 2:
Open the automation that you’d like to add the webhook to. The webhook can be placed virtually anywhere in your automation.
Step 3:
Click the Plus where you would like to add the webhook. Choose ‘Conditions and Workflow’ from the left hand menu. From there, choose Webhook from the list.
Step 4:
Paste the PlusThis Webhook in the pop up and click save.
